Our Teppanyaki not only serves the best delicacy and flambé dishes, our chefs are trained in-house to provide the best performances for our diners. We started Tatsu Teppanyaki at CHIJMES as the only Japanese Teppanyaki with a 24 seater long counter. As a testament of our commitment to provide top quality dishes to our patrons, even our fruits are imported from Japan! The wide varieties of raw fish available are strictly air-flown from Japan 4 times a week to ensure the utmost freshness.
Our display counters use the traditional method of maintaining fresh fish sashimi and oysters are preserved naturally over a bed of half-moon ice, ensuring constant low temperatures.
